ในระบบ Industrial IoT การรู้ว่าอุปกรณ์ขาดการเชื่อมต่อได้ทันทีเป็นสิ่งสำคัญมาก IOTBridge Alarm ช่วยส่ง Email แจ้งเตือนอัตโนมัติเมื่อ Serial Server ของคุณ Offline ทำให้ทีม Maintenance สามารถตอบสนองได้รวดเร็ว
IOTBridge Alarm ทำงานอย่างไร?
เมื่อ Serial Server หยุดส่ง Heartbeat ไปยัง IOTBridge Cloud (ตามเวลาที่กำหนด) ระบบจะถือว่าอุปกรณ์ Offline และส่ง Email แจ้งเตือนไปยังที่อยู่ Email ที่ตั้งค่าไว้ทันที
การตั้งค่า IOTBridge Alarm
ขั้นตอนที่ 1: ตั้งค่า SMTP ใน IOTBridge Dashboard
- Login bridge.iotworkshop.com
- เมนู Account Settings → Email Notification
- ใส่ข้อมูล SMTP Server:

ขั้นตอนที่ 2: ตั้งค่า Alarm สำหรับแต่ละอุปกรณ์
- Device List → คลิกชื่ออุปกรณ์
- เมนู Alarm Setting
- Enable Offline Alarm
- ใส่ Email ปลายทาง (สามารถใส่หลาย Email)
- กำหนด Offline Timeout (นาที)
- กด Save
